Guided Meditation What is guided meditation? It is simply meditation with the help of a guide. Guided meditation is a tool that allows you to enter into a state of deep relaxation and allows the mind to see clearly without all the noise and confusion. It is one of the most powerful tools to help eliminate stress and can also bring about positive personal changes to one’s life. While you are in a relaxed state, your guide will help you tap into your subconscious mind. This will allow you to work on positive changes in your life. These changes can be tailored towards personal empowerment or positive thinking. Another change may be to focus on emotional healing or spiritual development. All guided meditations allow the mind to journey into all that is and let the individual see his or her full potential. Guided meditation can be a wonderful experience that is not only relaxing, but life altering. It allows you to see the positive and make choices that enhance your life and inspire you to live it to its fullest. Guided meditation is the beginning of the first of many steps into the use of different modalities, including, but not limited to hypnotherapy. I have used guided meditation in small and large groups all with wonderful results. If you are interested in booking a session there is a minimum of three people per session. The session begins with an introduction (theme), the meditation, and a discussion or sharing to follow. |
