This CD is composed of three parts. The entire CD is equivalent to one Hypnotherapy session.
For Insomnia The first track is a introduction to prepare your area and your mind for sleep. The second track begins with a meditation to relax your body fully before moving into a deeper meditation. Track three will then take you on a journey into the Tree of Life. I am proud to say that my Guides, who I lovingly refer to as "The Council", channeled this track in its entirety. I would also like to add that the picture on the CD is a tree located on our cul-de-sac. On that particular night, over three years ago, we took this picture as the sun was setting. It has not been photo shopped in any way.
